The house is on three levels, has an independent entrance and is located in the center of the ancient village overlooking, with its twin terraces, the sunny valley surrounded by rolling hills and cool forests. Quiet and peaceful, the village comes alive in the summer with events (music, concerts, markets). Although integrated into the urban fabric, the house has its own complete autonomy from the rest of the neighboring homes. Light bathes the house at all hours of the day, but even in the warmer months, ensures coolness inside and outside. The kitchen is equipped with essential services (fridge, small oven, pantry), TV and VCR in the living room. In the loft area there is a music library specializing in local guidebooks.
